COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

NEED:

- 1 lb smoked or andouille sausage, 1 lb chicken thighs (cubed), 2 1/2 cups water, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 box of The Cajun Spoon Jambalaya

DIRECTIONS:

Brown chicken and sausage. Mix water and vegetable oil in a 3 qt pot. Bring water to a boil and stir in The Cajun Spoon Jambalaya mix and meat. Return to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. let simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!
